During our April 10 meeting, quilters will have the opportunity to sell that extra fabric and notions hanging out in your sewing space. And to add more fun, quilters will have the opportunity to purchase the fabric and notions that you’ve just got to have…and at a reasonable, ‘yard sale’ price.
HOW TO BE A “VENDOR”
You must register in advance by 5:00pm Sunday, April 8th. You will be assigned a number. You will have half (½) of an 8-foot-long table.
COST TO PARTICIPATE
It’s an 80-20 split with the guild…no charge for the table.
HOW IT WORKS
Your assigned number and price MUST be on an easily removable sticker/tag on each item that you sell. (Masking tape or blue tape will work). Remember, this is how you’re going to receive credit for your sale!
Buyers pay for their items at the check-out table. You will receive a check for your sales at the May meeting.
During the sale feel free to shop or 'man' your table for questions from customers.

Members, please invite and encourage your fabric loving friends to attend this sale to find the deal of a lifetime!
Cash and checks are welcome.
You will have time during the meeting to wander the tables including the one sponsored by the Quilt Guild.
Volunteers are needed to help with the checkout and man the Guild table.
